The next Private Healthcare Australia Claims Leakage and Fraud Forum is being held in Adelaide, at the Convention Centre on 3 and 4 March 2015. This will be directly followed on by the Private Healthcare Australia Conference at the same venue.
Participation is open to anyone engaged in the detection of fraud, inappropriate health claiming and claims leakage. In particular the Forum would be beneficial for all health fund investigation staff, risk managers, senior managers, health policy makers and those who influence health policy (especially in the area of risk mitigation), and industry consultants.
The Organising Committee also encourages and welcomes attendance at the Forum of all health industry employees, health providers and provider groups/associations, professional bodies, Government employees and other interested parties. Those who wish to attend the Forum should register through this website.
This year's Forum theme is e-Fraud and Analytics and will focus on organized crime, online scams, identity fraud and practical detection methods as well as reporting and prosecuting of offenders.
